This policy applies to our website, associated subdomains and applications (collectively, our “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you signify that you have read and understood the collection, storage, use and disclosure practices described here.

2. Embedded content

Pages may include embedded content such as YouTube videos. Embedded content behaves in the same way as if you visited the originating website. Those websites may collect data, use cookies, add third-party tracking and monitor your interaction with the embedded content.

YouTube

YouTube has its own cookie and privacy policies, over which we have no control. See the Google Privacy Policy.

3. Cookies

The current service may use small text files called cookies to retain preferences, maintain sessions and provide anonymised analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

Necessary cookies

  • Cloudflare may use security cookies to identify clients behind a shared IP address and apply appropriate protections.
  • Session cookies may be used to identify a unique website session.
  • Authenticated services may use cookies to verify logged-in users and retain their settings.

4. Who has access to your data

If you are not a registered client, there may be no personal account information for us to retain or view. If you have a registered account, your information may be accessed by system administrators and by support staff when access is needed to provide assistance.

5. Third-party access to your data

We reserve the right to transfer information in connection with a sale, merger, reorganisation, bankruptcy or transfer of all or a substantial portion of Skivori or its affiliates, provided the recipient agrees to adhere to this policy.

6. How long we retain data

Support requests, comments and associated metadata may be retained until you ask us to remove them. If you register, we may store the information provided in your profile. You may ask to view, edit or delete that information, except where retention is required for administrative, legal or security purposes.

7. Security measures

We use SSL/HTTPS to encrypt communication with our servers. In the event of a breach, administrators will take steps to restore system integrity, contact affected users where appropriate and reset credentials when needed.

8. Your data rights

You may request a copy of personal data we hold about you and ask that it be corrected or erased. This does not include information we must keep for administrative, legal or security purposes.

9. Information automatically collected

Technical and usage information may be collected automatically when you use the platform. This can include IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language, referring URLs, country, timestamps, pages viewed, interactions and diagnostic information. We use this information to operate and secure the platform and for internal analytics and reporting.

10. Children's privacy

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 13 has supplied personal data without permission, contact us. If we learn that such information was collected without verified parental consent, we will take steps to remove it.

We may disclose information in good faith where necessary to respond to a government request, subpoena, investigation or other legal process; protect legal rights; or address suspected fraud. Any transfer of personal data for legal purposes will be made in accordance with the laws applicable in the country where you reside.

12. Licensed application terms

Apps distributed through an app store are licensed, not sold. The applicable licence grants a non-transferable right to use the app on supported devices subject to the platform's usage rules. You may not unlawfully copy, reverse-engineer, redistribute or sublicense the application.

Applications and external services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. The licensor disclaims implied warranties and limits liability for incidental, indirect and consequential loss where legally permitted. You are responsible for complying with export controls and local law.

Your use of an app may also be governed by the terms of its app store and any product-specific end user licence presented before installation or use.
